The Salomon S/Lab Red is one of the better 'wet base', or 'white base', and in this skis case the 'rainbow base', on the market. These are specific for warm and wet conditions. If you are looking to add another option to your quiver of skis there aren't many better options for wet snow. With the same materials as the Universal and Blue model of this ski it is super lightweight and responsive with their new carbon layup.
